Flock Transfer Sheet Instructions
Desk Top Cutter and Heat Press

1. |
Create your design in graphics software, and then mirror the image in the effects menu. |
|
2. |
Load the Flock material into your plotter. |
|
3. |
Start your plotter to cut the material (in mirror image). |
|
4. |
Weed the unwanted bits from the carrier sheet that you do not want to transfer. |
|
5. |
Place the weeded image face down on the surface to which you are transferring the film with the carrier sheet facing up. |
|
6. |
Place a Teflon sheet between the heat platen and the carrier sheet to prevent sticking and edge damage to the transferred design. |
|
7. |
Heat press between 310° F - 330° F for 10 - 15 seconds using firm even pressure. |
|
8. |
Allow to completely cool and peel cold, DO NOT PEEL HOT OR WARM |

Washing Instructions: Turn garment inside out before washing and wash and dry at medium temperatures |
Free Hand Cutting and Iron
|
1. |
Create your design in graphics software or trace or free hand, and then mirror the image. |
|
2. |
Cut with razor knife, scissors or other sharp cutting utensil |
|
3. |
Remember to use a mirror image. |
|
4. |
Weed the unwanted bits from that you do not want to transfer. |
|
5. |
Place the weeded image face down on the surface to which you are transferring the film with the carrier sheet facing up. |
|
6. |
Place a Teflon sheet between the heat platen and the carrier sheet to prevent sticking and edge damage to the transferred design. |
|
7. |
Heat with iron between 310° F - 330° F for 10 - 15 seconds using firm even pressure. |
|
8. |
Allow to completely cool and peel cold, DO NOT PEEL HOT OR WARM |
