Exchanges are accepted ONLY for unopened packages of flocking fibers this is to prevent color contamination from other flocking fibers. Exchange or refund (less 20% restocking fee and shipping). Item must be returned via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
There will be NO refund for used or non defective product. Defective items will be replaced only.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
Special orders will not be refunded; they will be exchanged if there is a manufacturer defect.
Bulk and wholesale orders are final.
SEASONAL ITEMS No Returns: All seasonal merchandise is non-returnable defective items will be replaced ONLY.
Claims: All claims for lost or damaged products should be placed with the delivery carrier at time of receipt. All other claims must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of product. |
